Director of the US Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) Dr. Greg Koski has tendered his resignation effective as of November 30.
In a letter submitted to Secretary Tommy Thompson and obtained by Reuters Health, Dr. Koski said he would return to Harvard University, where he was working as a cardiac anesthesiologist at the university’s teaching hospital prior to being recruited to head the OHRP.
