A “modest” amount of preeclampsia may be attributable to advancing paternal age, according to a new study.
Dr. Susan Harlap of New York University and colleagues determined the incidence of preeclampsia in Israeli women participating in the Jerusalem Perinatal Study. They report that 1303 of 81,213 deliveries (1.6%) were complicated by preeclampsia.
