NEW YORK (Reuters Health) May 28 –
Findings from a recent animal study suggest that ramipril could be a useful treatment for the peripheral vascular complications of hypertension.
While use of the agent does not improve the microvascular response to ischemia, it does improve hemodynamic recovery, according to the report published in the May issue of the
American Journal of Hypertension.
