A longer duration of type 2 diabetes significantly enhances the already high risk of erectile dysfunction in men over 50, according to a report in the August issue of Diabetes Care.
Several studies have reported a high risk of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men with diabetes, the authors explain, but few have directly compared men with and without diabetes or examined the link between diabetes type and duration with ED.
