Clinical History
57-year old patient with right femoral to below-knee popliteal reversed saphenous vein bypass graft placed 8-months ago for non-healing toe ulcers.
Duplex vein graft surveillance at 8-months revealed an area of high velocity (427 cm/sec) in the proximal portion of the graft suggestive of a high grade stenosis.
Patient had no new symptoms and this was picked up on a routine graft surveillance scan
Patient is currently on aspirin and no other anticoagulation
