NEW YORK (Reuters Health) May 21 –
Findings from a patient with a bleeding midbrain cavernoma provide further evidence that the brainstem is involved in the pathophysiology of migraine, according to a recent report.
The findings also lend support to the concept that migraines can occur on a daily or near daily basis, even though the current International Headache Society classification system does not include a chronic migraine category.
