Britain’s Royal College of Physicians said on Friday it will urge the government to set up a body to regulate nicotine in a new chapter in the College’s 40-year war against smoking.
RCP president Professor Carol Black told Reuters Health that the College was about to launch a report calling for the creation of a special nicotine regulation authority.
